Jul 20, 2022 · 2017 Infotainment system not responding. My head unit works well except that it has stopped responding to the touch screen. I can reset it by holding the power/volume switch down for 10 seconds until it shows "Volkswagen Passat" on the screen. It will then respond to touch screen until I turn it off. When I turn it on, it stops responding until ...
